What are your hours of operation?
Our facilities are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer extended hours to accommodate your busy schedule.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
For urgent care services, walk-ins are always welcome.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Healthfirst, and many others. Please contact us to verify your specific insurance coverage.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for many of our services. This allows you to consult with our doctors from the comfort of your home. Contact us to schedule a virtual visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. If you have a referral from another doctor, please bring that as well.
How do I get my medical records?
You can request your medical records by contacting our office. We can provide them electronically or in paper format. There may be a small fee for copying services.
Can I see multiple specialists at one location?
Absolutely! One of the benefits of Parcare Center is that we have multiple specialists under one roof, making it convenient for you to receive comprehensive care without traveling to different locations.
